The only crossovers are with some of the suppliments with little easter eggs in them or similiar just little bits. They can exist together but the games are really written to be all seperate. That doesn't mean that my Heroes Unlimited/ TMNT/ Ninjas and Superspies/ Beyond the Supernatural game I ran for a few years didn't totally rock!!
That reminds me there is a small adventure called Boxed Nightmares that Palladium put out for their horror game Beyond the Supernatural. It is small, should be cheap, and very cool. Basically the adventrue gives the PCs a tabliod newspaper like the Weekly World News used to be and the adventures are about some of the stories in the paper.
