Another Aproach

I would suggest Healing Benediction from scarred lands....yes yes, i know it's a different campaign setting but with DM's aprooval you could do some serious healing job with so many turns....just for note,it's in relics and rituals 2 and maximizes the dies of a healing up to your cha mod (ex a 3d8+lvl heal if your cha is +3 whould be 24 instant but a 4d8 would be a 24+1d8+lvl)...a really really good choice and works with all healing spells...all of this with just a feat that suits good with your character,and never really becomes obsolete....of course with DM's aprooval......

This feat is either broken or useless. If the feat considers you to have rolled an 8 it is broken because it makes maximize obsolete and makes empower go through the roof.

if on the other hand you just treat several dice as maximized as per the metamagic feat, I already can do that with the maximize healing ability - and can do it with all the dice.

I have a feeling its more along the lines of the former effectively in your example with a cure serious wounds healing 1d8+24+level and so could still be empowered. IMO, that is simply broken. Just compare it to augment healing. Augment Healing is already powerful and Healing Benediction is miles beyond that feat in terms of power.
