My copy of Gygax's Hall of Many Panes pub by Troll Lord Games had the art in loose-leaf, so I emailed them to ask for a bound art book as promised. It arrived today - & enclosed along with it a free complimentary copy of the scenario (also by EGG) 'The Hermit', which I didn't have. Thanks guys, you're fantastic.

The Troll Lords are great. The only time I have seen complaints about customer serice/answering the phone/email bit is when they have been out of town. They have so much stuff to take to a convention that they need to drive a truck, this can mean extra days out of town around convention time. It isn't like they have a fully staffed office while they are away. I know that as soon as they were back they solved all problems as fast as they could.

If anyone ever has a problem with TLG, please try again. They probably just didn't get your message or were out of town.

They are great guys.
