My favorite 3rd rock quote is when they are in the movie rental place and it starts snowing and the crew all begin to freak out. They talk about the last time they fought snowflakes..."We hit it and hit it and hit it and it just wouldn't die!"

We had said the exact same quote during a sci-fantasy game a few years prior (DM created a monster that absorbed physical damage to heal, so we had to use energy attacks...it took us a long while to figure this out) and when it aired on the show I almost laughed myself unconcious.

Ok, so the Twilight Zone movie was on last night, and the bit with John Lithgow on the airplane comes on.

My wife and I each look at the other (as we do everytime we see it), and quote Third Rock From The Sun.

Shatner "..It was horrible, there was some sort of creature on the wing!"
Lithgow "That happened to you too!?"*

How many other people can't help but remember that particular line when they see either the old Twilight Zone episode (with William Shatner), the movie (with John Lithgow) or Third Rock (with both)?

Or are my wife and I just that wierd?

No, you are not weird. My fiancee and I rolled on the floor too when we saw that scene.
Of course, we also find it hysterically funny to say "I owe you a sugar cube" in a bad impression of Patrick Stewart (it's a line from "Americal Dad").
