You read right, the arcane warrior has no weapons, no spells and no armor! How? Read below.
Abilities
Arcane Arms (x)
The Arcane Warrior can create magical weapons. Creating a weapon takes a standard action that provokes an attack of opertunity. The weapon created is listed inside the perentheses. An Arcane Warrior can create a weapon below his level, a fifth level Arcane Warrior could create a short sword, short bow, or long sword. These weapons hold magic properties equal to the spell level, a first level spell creates a +1 weapon while a fourth creates a +4 weapon. A 0th level spell creates a "normal" weapon. These weapons last a number of rounds equal to 2+(spell level times 2). 0 level spells create weapons fr three rounds, first for four rounds.
Arcane Armor
An Arcane Warrior can create armor from pure arcane energy. armor appears in whatever fashion the Arcaen Warrior desires, platemail, hide, leather, chain ect. The armor gives a bonus of spell level +2. It lasts for 2+(spell level times four). A 0th level spell lasts for four rounds.
Free Don Armor
A Arcane Warrior can create arcaen armor as a free action at level 3, however it mus be his turn. He cannot create the armor in response to getting attacked.
Arcane Augumentation (x)
At fourth level an Arcane Warrior can learn to augument his arms and armor. He may choose one augumentation from the DMG's weapon/armor special properties. The number inside the parenthases states the total bonus that may be bought at a given level. For example, at fourth level an Arcane Warrior may buy any +1 ability, either for his weapons or his armor. A weapon that is augumented is reduced in magical bonus.
If a fourth level Arcane Warrior summoned a short sword with a second level spell, he could add the one ability he knows, flaming, and it would gain that ability. However it would only become a +1 short sword with the flaming ability. An Arcane Warrior must have enough spell level to pay for any abilities he wishes to add to his weapons.
An Arcane Warrior that gets a armor augumentaion is slightly different. Instead of lowering the AC bonus, it lowers the spell level in its regard to duration. Thus a sixth level spell is used to create armor with a spel resistance of 17, a +4 bonus, the duration would be 10 rounds, 2+(2x4).
Free Create Weapon
At seventh level a Arcane Warrior can create his weapon as a free action on his turn only, as per free don armor ability.
Creating Two Weapons
A Arcane Warrior may create two weapons if he desires. These weapons are both at half spell level. They are also at the next lower weapon that can be made. Greatsword>Bastardsword>longsword>shortsword.
