Continuing with the idea of a D&D version of the list. Similar commands/firm requests recieved of members of parties I've played with:
#4. I am no longer permitted to refer to archmages as "those guys in bathrobes and bad haircuts", especially to their face.
#5. I am not permitted to question party members if their greatswords or staves are "compensating for anything."
#6. I may not call out to a group of minotaurs: "Moo!"
#7. I may not attempt to feed good-aligned party clerics/paladins sacrifice victims without their knowledge.
#8. I am not permitted to take out assassination contracts on my fellow party members (especially immediately after joining a party).
#9. I am not permitted to try and assassinate members of my own party for using a Reincarnate instead of a Resurrection. (in 2e where you couldn't refuse a Reincarnate/Raise Dead/Ressurrection, and there was no True Resurrection).
#10. I am not allowed to insult a god to his face.
#11. Mooning is not a proper reply to anything said by a noble.
