I have yet to use anything out of the Tome of Horrors.

Also, Magical Medieval Society. I was hoping there'd be more info in it on melding the magical with the medieval, but really it was just a history textbook - and since I'm doing a history degree, specialising as much as I can in medieval history, I already knew most of the non-crunch content within the book.

Kalamar players guide. Picked it up for the feats and spells and etc, haven't used it.

I use ToH mainly to convert old 1E and 2E modules; I don't use it much otherwise.
