The Charming Warden

Stepping into the tower proper, you see that on the far side of the entrance room is a pile of bones, still roughly laid out in a humanoid shape, about the size of a child, adorned with tattered, decomposed rags. This skeleton is not animated, it's merely... well, dead.

The daggers are not of exceptionally fine make, but they appear to be made of a duller metal than standard steel. Some sort of iron.

"Poor kid," Tibard says. "Hyrag shepherd your poor soul to a quiet place, if He hasn't already."

He turns to Karl and says, "Good against fey creatures, eh? Hyrag provides, it seems." He looks around. "Now, is there anything else good in here?"

Karl hears the comment about a child and looks up, "poor Kid? what do youuuuuu. oh my

Tibard looks around the tower as Karl gapes at the small bones. The tower is barren, no furniture, no weapons or weapon racks, nothing. It looks to have been abandoned and untouched for decades, perhaps. There is a staircase leading up to the top of the tower.

"I wonder if this", points to the pile of dust, " was the father of that" , points to the skeleton of the child. He rejoins the others after a moment.

After scanning the first floor yields nothing, Reis shrugs and nods toward the staircase. "Let's take a look around the upper floors. I doubt we'll find anything relating to our fey friends, but it can't hurt to look."

But before moving on, he leans down and plucks two daggers from the skeleton's bandolier. He holds each one up the point to test its balance, then flips the second into the air and catches it neatly. Satisfied, he nods to himself. "Mind if I take these two?" The question is addressed to Tibard, seeing as the priest had been the one to actually destroyed the skeleton. "I've used daggers before, and they may come in handy."

Karl requests 1

ic: "And if we are too be encountering Fey, I would like one to use if I may."

"Take the daggers you want, I suppose. There's more here than I need. This fellow doesn't need them anymore." Tibard puts on the skeleton's bandolier and hands out daggers to whomever asks for them. "I really only need one."

"Let's take a look upstairs, why don't we?" Tibard begins to cautiously ascend the stairs.
