The Dragon Knight

The only thing that jumped out at me while I read it over was that you have them listed as becoming exhausted after DragonForm expires. Barbarians become fatigued a much less severe penalty. I would stick with fatigued.

Oh, I like Powerful build (although it does once again only function in DragonForm) I assume this does not give reach but rather the +4 that large creatures get form a lot of special attacks. (Eg Bull Rush, Trip, Grapple etc) This coulld use some clarification, and should be stated explicitly how they do and do not benefit.

If the Dragon Knight can only use the Breath Weapon once per day, then I would recommend not requiring them to be in Dragon Form to use it. (Sure throw in some flavour text of there head temporarily taking on the aspect of a dragon) The things is as a class they rock in Dragon Form and are sub par the rest of the time.

While I think it is overpower, if a Character wanted they could become a half-dragon Using Dragon Disciple by level 15.
IE, Breath Weapon 6D8 1/day, +8 Str +2Con. +2 Cha +2 Int, +4 AC, Low-light vision, Darkvision, Blindsense, Immunity to Sleep, Paralysis and Energy type of Dragon.

This is all permanent.

I think that Meeki is right that we should throw in Immunity to Sleep, Paralysis and Energy type of Dragon. These should function all the time. If you feel that this is to powerful it could be a Bonus to saves and resistance to energy type.

Their breath weapon uses the normal rules for breath weapons, which is why it's only when they're Formed.

I forgot about the Draconic and energy immunities, I'll add that in.

Shrugs I was assuming we were working under the Half-dragon Once-a-day.

Anyway do think splitting the breath weapon them makes for a more interesting character. It would have to be only a few times per day at most though. I assumed his Dragon Form was a Half-Dragon form.

My original idea was that their appearance became draconic in nature. Not as much so as a half-dragon, but with scales, fangs, claws, and the like. Kind of like they were halfway between a normal being and a half-dragon. A quarter-dragon, if you will. Draconic abilities, that they can only use a very limited number of times.

As for the Breath Weapon, it's every 1d4 rounds, but only while they are in their Draconic Form, so that only amounts to 2 or 3, maybe 4 if they roll really well per day. With higher numbers as they level up and gain the ability to go into their Draconic Form more times.

For those of you familiar with the Legend of Dragoon video game, for the PS1, I started thinking about this class from all the characters in that game.
