The Ebon Mirror: Dark Marks (Dunamin judging)

"There's no escape for you, prepare to feel the chill bite of my magic!" the githyanki proclaims, unleashing the powers of the arcane words that conjures the twin magical projectiles.

Mri'thras strikes at the miserable Wererat as it flees, the creature is still standing though it does become bloodied.

OOC: Poor Wererat he could not hit anything, it was quite depressing for him ;).

OOC: So has it fled completely then along with the rats? Or is the wererat still on the map and close enough that Kama'zer could reach it to take another swing? She's not in the habit of letting enemies escape.

After the chill of Ts'iri's armor and the pounding from Mri'thras's magic missiles the Wererat appears to be in terrible shape despite its regeneration abilities. Inches from cover the party will have one last shot at the beast before it can lee.

OOC: The Wererat made a run action and so is eight squares away from its original position at A1. So Kama'zer and Riar'lon can take their shots if they wish before it flees - a solid hit looks like it would kill it.

Kama'zer's projectile strikes true spearing the lycanthrope and sending it crashing into the mud. It briefly scrables attempting to drag itself into the underbrush, but is soon still.

"A great job driving of the vermin." Korrigan says, though his heart is not in the compliment as he stares at the muddy embankment that has ensnared the Rooster.

Hopping off to examine things, and becoming covered in mud for his trouble the Captain is soon swearing profusely.

"She's not going to move for a goodly while. I'll need help to dig her out, perhaps one of you could stay to help?" He asks reluctantly. "For the rest of you you had best finish on foot, its not far now and I would hate to have the girls plight on my conscience."

Riar'lon and Murphy agree to stay on, Murphy who was below decks during the fight waveing down protests and announcing that he is too ill to journey on anyway.

"Good luck, and may the gods be with you. I'll be willing you to win." Korrigan announces rolling up his sleeves and hopping back onto the deck to retrieve a pair of shovels which he tosses onto the bank.

OOC: Nice job! AC 17 with 8 HP remaining so a near thing! Having recieved no further response from Riar'lon's player I am going to eject him from the party along with Murphy. As such they recieve exactly two months of time XP. I will put up the XP totals shortly.
