Someone said:There's nothing lik that in the SRD. The monk's fast movement bonus is an enhancement bonus, but the barbarian's seems to be unnamed. The Boots of S&S also don't name the land speed bonus, so they stack with the Monk's enhanced speed.
If you can combine the boots of striding and springing with boots of haste, you can add another 30 feet unnamed bonus to the gnome's movement. Using the (I think that's the name) Belt of battle from Magic item compendium you can get an extra full round action 1/day. That means that 1/day the gnome with all that stuff can move at the equivalent of 150 mph.
Fleet of Foot is one ... I think WotC made two different feats that do that ...
