In my humble opinion Witchlight is a more commercial name for the setting than Prismeer.

And didn't you notice? That humanoid creature with a pig nose looks like a kobold from Warcraft

A treant with a treehouse through the eyes of a plant humanid should be like a giant with a "treehouse" by bones on the shoulders.

Yeah they could name the setting Witchlight, if the Witchlight Carnival is its a mobile Domain of Delight as its map suggests with mists at its borders.

My biggest hurdle in getting excited about an otherwise interesting book of the Feywild is this freakin' carnival that is a massive turn-off for me.

Why is the carnival a massive turn off for you?
