Does Spelljammer have level 1 Feat equivalents?
No, just Level 1 Feats ala Strixhaven. The only real mechanical bits are the Races and Monsters...both of which match the Monsters of the Multiverse approach, that isnto say, OneD&D style. All books since Tasha's are pretty transparent with what they've shown sonar, lilenthey planned it all along

Yep. No one that has followed the recent releases could be surprised about floating ASIs and a free feat at 1st level.

How will new setting books be different in One D&D?
Except for the fact that there is no such thing as One D&D it is a good question.

We already know planescape is getting a version of the Spelljammer treatment (hopwfully with bigger books). We also know they said they would like to visit all old D&D settings. I think:
  • They will go back to the book format (like Eberron) after planescape.
  • Additional material will be on D&D Beyond and DMsGuild.
  • There is a small chance Greyhawk will replace FR as the baseline setting
