The Ghost Tower of Inverness - your experiences?

The intro/backstory to this one is great -- I actually cribbed it for a PBEM game in which I was playing a bard and needed a story to tell.

I swear, though, that JK Rowling stole her ideas for the end of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone from this module.

Has anyone read anything more about the Sage? I remember in one of the guide it was said that he disappeared mysteriously. Hell, if he can make a magic item that can reach through time, I wanna know more about him!
 

I ran this after Gen Con last year which made it funny since True Dungeon borrowed one of the romms tand we went through it there. Luckily, the module did it a lot better.

It was fun if a little odd and random at times. I loved though in the room with the words that summon things how are Wizards read them all together in a single breathe summon all the monsters at once.
