The Grand New Xbox Experience

I think I'm mixed on this. I don't like the changes to the front end dashboards honestly, I think it's more clunky and a little awkward to move from thing to thing, the blades worked great because it separated things and made scrolling intuitive in my mind.

However, the blades didn't work as well in the game, and I really like the small menu that pops up in the center of the screen, I think it's much easier to use and the load times and reaction times on it are greatly improved with is the biggest and best change in my mind. It quickly pops up and you can quickly click around, the blade in game was not that way.

The NXE has allowed also to add the Community Games as first class citiziens in the XBox interface (pretty important for the XNA developers community). And so far, XBox Live games sales have increased by a 300%, specially in games that use Avatars (so people seem to be liking them).
