What a bunch of jokers. If these metahuman bankrobbers can't take this, then they're in the wrong line of work.
The air around Sam crackles and shimmers as he stands up. As if distorting his vision would stop him. With his eyes closed, he felt for electric currents that would be present in cellphones, watches, human brains, etc and tried to match the positions to where everyone was standing before things got weird.
[Activate Force Field, Mental Shield. Stand from prone. Use Detect Electricity to track people down. If using the detect like that isn't a half action, then he'll also use Datalink to interface with the security cameras to see if the machines have normal sight.

Wynter took to the air in the bank, and then aimed an icy blast at the closest of the two apparent leaders, or at least as near as she could tell.
Flight up to 10 feet below the ceiling (or as far as her 45' flight speed will take her) (half action) and then a lethal Energy Blast (cold) (half action) aimed at the nearer of Rant and Rave (according to Wynter's present perception).

As the bushes stir the woman that stands up in them is not the same as the one that fainted into them or at least appearances can be deceiving as the everything from the color of her hair and eyes to the clothes that she wears have been replaced with something else entirely. The auburn hair has been replaced with dark raven colored hair. The eyes have changed from a pretty shade of dark green to an icy cold shade of blue. If someone knowing what to look for they would even see a change in height.
The jugging suit has been replaced with something not uncommon for a fetish S & M movie, sensualizing the curves of what is indeed the female form. The figure stands slightly stiff as if not quite human or someone who’s not quite use to their body. Once standing the figure appears to lift it’s 6-inch stiletto thigh high-heeled boot slightly into the air and with a rising motion the figure takes to the air. At a slowish pace, like one would have if walking on the ground the figure moves towards the back hovering and floating the whole while their.

Sam stands up from the ground as he activates his electrical field, using his ability to detect electrical current to track in Rant and Rave's cell phones, allowing him to target them easier.
Following the commands of their boss, the thugs rush towards Wynter, swinging their fists with super-human speed and fury. Although she does her best to dodge their attacks, one of the thugs connects solidly, only to be blocked by the frozen shield that surrounded her. The thug looked at his hand to see that it's frozen solid. The man screams and falls to the ground, and the rest of the thugs reconsider their plan of attack.
Wynter flies into the air, escaping the fists of the thugs. She then launches a cold blast directly at Rave, but she dives to the side at the last instant, avoiding the deadly missile.
OOC: End of Round 2
Sam stands up (half action) and uses Detect Electricity (Half Action) reducing Concealment from Total to One-Half. Thugs move (Half Action) and attack Wynter (Half Action), one hits with 23, does 8S damage, fails to penetrate Force Field, fails Damage Save against Energy Field with 16. Wynter hits Rave with Energy Blast with a 24, succeeds against Concealment, and Rave fails Damage Save, rolling a 3. Spend VP to reroll, get a 25, success.

Miles Porter is back in Freedom City for the first time in 3 years. After traveling the country on freight trains and by hitchhiking, he realized how much he had missed his hometown. Miles is nervous about meeting his parents and decides to walk through the dowtown district before facing people. Miles walks down Wading Way, between Liberty Park and Freedom City University.

The Brawl at the Bank
Jet attempts a spinning leg sweep, but Rant quickly jumps back, avoiding the attack. He sneers arrogantly before crossing his arms. "You sound really lame. Why don't you shut up," he asks, following his rhetorical question with a sonic shout that misses Jet easily. However, Rant still retains a strange, victorious sneer, and the sonic wave rebounds off the back wall of the bank, narrowly missing Jet.
Jet Li misses Trip Attack with 17; Rant attempts a Ricochet Attack, denying Jet his Dodge bonus, but rolls an 11 and misses.
Rave merely laughs, and suddenly a dozen, twisted, warped copies of both Rant and Rave fill the bank. "You can't beat all of us," the supercriminal confidently asserts.
Chloro, Man With No Name, and Mind Mistress have now arrived at the front entrance of the bank, followed by the man with the camera.

Well, KFK was at least holding his own against the ranting guy. Some girl had instantly switched into a costume and starting blasting. But they'd have a tough time fighting with the distortions. Let's deal with that first.
Eyes still closed, Sam points at Rave. "Let's deal with her first; it'll help against the rest of them too," he commands. To make it easier for the others, he focuses his attentions on the lady's cell, his thoughts racing through its circuits. Soon, her secret cell phone incoming call song would be revealed.
After broadcasting Rave's position, Sam prepares his own attack. Azure sparks crackle from his outstretched hand as he floats slightly above the floor. It would really suck to mess up with control and ground the bolt through yourself, after all. Then he let fly with his thunderbolt.
