The Hybrid Shaper Psion

I'm considering re-doing my Warlock with MC: Psion as a hybrid.

I believe I have a proper grasp of the rules, but have one issue: the PC is multiclassed as a Shaper Psion, which first appeared in Psionic Power, IOW, after the hybrid rules had been released in PHB3.

So while the rules in PHB3 tell you what powers get granted by a hybrid with a Disciple Focus in TK or Telepathy, there is, of course, none for Shapers. AFAIK, it was not included in the latter book, either.

Does anyone know if they have fixed this? If so, where may it be found?

I haven't seen any clarification of this.

When the question's come up before, though, the consensus seems to be that Hybrid Psions get the "utility-like" discipline focus power, which for the Shaper seems to be Minor Creation.

Actually just changed my mind based on something I just noticed (about 3 min before posting): the Discipline Focus powers hybrid Psions get in PHB3 (namely Send Thoughts & Far Hand) are both used as prereqs for Psion feats in both PHB3 and PsyPow.

...and the Shaper-themed Psion Feats in PsyPow all are based on Shaped Consciousness.

I think that's a solid hint from the mechanics.
