I got a chance to see the Incredibles at Pixar yesterday. It was amazing, Pixar does as great a job with super heroes as it has done with fish, bugs, monsters, and toys. The visuals were awesome and the story was solid and quite funny. If you like super heroes or Pixar movies run out to see this one when it opens.
Spoilers below of some of my favorite parts:
Mr. Incredible's first fight with the Omnibot, a fantastic scene that ends being fought in a volcano with gorgeous lava effects.
Dash (the son with superspeed) vs goons in gyroscopic helecopter things, very reminicent of the speeder bike chase from Return of the Jedi.
Elastagirl sneaking into the villans base.
Any scene with Frozone (Samuel Jackson rocks in this part)
The fight at the family dinner table between Violet and Dash.
