The incredibly big list of monsters and their CRs

Not sure about the legality of distributing this, but I'm working on a ever-growing list of monsters. So far I've got 1920 listed, with Name, CR, Book, and Page, from: MM, MM2, CC, CC2, CoC, Sovereign Stone, Manual of the Planes, Psionics Handbook, Oriental Adventures, Beastiary of Loerum, and Denizens of the Dark. I'm working on inputting from the Book of Horrors, EQ: Monsters of Norrath, and D20 modern. I'm not including the Appendix creatures (animals, vermin, etc), nor am I including templates in this list (though I might if I get really, really bored sometime). What I want is, 1) Is it legal to distribute this? 2)What other books should I pick up to input (or, alternatively, what monsters should I add in that aren't in those books, keeping in mind I only need name, rank (CR), and serial number (where to find it))? and 3) who would be interested in a copy of this .xls file?
If there's enough of a demand for this, I'll go ahead and put it up on my website and try to update it whenever I get more books to input.

As usual, this is not legal advice.

If all it is is a monster name, cr, book and page where none of the fields have trademarked names (such as Monster Manual, Everquest, Sovereign Stone, etc.), it should be safe. Oh, and don't put a d20 logo on it either.

How you will convey the books with trademarked names in (or for) titles, is a bit tricky. You might get away with MM and MM2, but MPMMORPG for Most Popular Massively Multiplayer Online RPG will be hard for people to understand. And Sovereign Stone is just hopeless.

Actually, right now I have it set up so that I have the book names (not the setting names, so no Everquest showing up, and the D20 part is sorta implied due to the CR and the fact that (almost) all the books are D20 books), but if I must, I can go with the book's initials (IE: DoD for Denizens of Darkness, or MoN for Monsters of Norrath). Of course, I'm going to need to write out the names at least once (Denizens of Darkness and Deities and Demigods look a lot alike in initial form...).
Eternalknight: From the looks of things, I'd have to put in a bit of backtrack work to bring my file up to speed with yours, but I'd be willing to help out. Just let me know which of the books you need from me, and I'll try to get them updated to what you want and sent on over to you. It'll take a while in most cases, since all my books are back at school, plus the fact I'm heading off for a ski vacation in a few days, where I'll be unable to work on the project.
Hm... I think that's all I've got to say on this right now. Back to work, then.

OOOF! I was going to do the same thing but also include monster type (humaniod, construct, undead etc) but once I looked at my about 35 books I felt overwhelmed.

If I post it up online (probably with a different name than what I have for it right now), then I'll take you up on the offer, but right now, I'm going to focus on the books I have already. Of course, I'll see about picking up those two books to add to my collection (can never have too many monsters, you know). Now, I'll post it up in it's current form (through G of the Tome of Horrors), if I can get, say, about a half dozen more people interested in the list/willing to help out with it (I'm not all that picky).
