The scouting is done unless the scouts wish to take actions. If anyone launches an attack, everyone should roll initiative . . . and if not, feel free to describe your own returns to the group in whatever fashions seem most appropriate.

If someone's going to be looting the bodies of the fallen, I usually prefer that that person post up a brief description of their action. This also serves to make clear who finds loot and where it goes (they presumably have it until they pass it on.) As it is, I don't think that anyone has checked over the dead kobolds' bodies. Admittedly, they aren't likely to have anything great, but it's best if we get in the habit now.

[sblock]I was just looking over Kaelvorr's sheet in further detail and realized a couple of things:

1. You have taken a flaw. It's partly my fault for not catching it, but I believe that at some point in the OOC Q&A I previously denied flaws.

2. Your cohort is described as losing a level due to crafting items. This is contrary to the craft rules which state that you can never actually lose a level due to crafting.

Since I'm pretty late in catching these, I'm thinking I might let the cohort thing slide and request that you remove the flaw and shuffle your feats accordingly. It is pretty cheesy to take a physical flaw when you're always traveling about as an incorporeal essence, after all.
