Miranna focused on the hobgoblin she was facing. She swung her blade in a wide, almost lazy-looking cut, but the sword connected solidly with a crash like distant thunder. A few sparks of glittering electricity danced around the hobgoblin, but the creature didn't fall- yet...

Yishim decides to leave the well-defended grunts to his more combat-skilled team members. He moves away from the grunt and attempts to implant a vision of an excruciating arrow into the beetle's mind. He is unable to break the strange creature's mental defenses, however.

Chey once more launches a blast of green flame at the beetle, and this time she finds her mark burning the creatures exoskeleton. Satisfied, she ducks behind a nearby pillar, keeping the shadows close to her.

Using Firete's distraction to the fullest Brenwar catches the Grunt with the full effect of his hammer. This leaves the grunt nothing more then a twitching heap on the ground. He then gets closer to the beetle saying an almost resigned prayer as the owl flits about the creature. Firete can almost hear him mutter, "This is probably going to hurt..."

Cheysuli steps through Arcadia once more, nimbly avoiding the beetle's acidic venom. She circle around the chambers edge and looses another eldritch blast at the stubborn insect to no avail.

OOC: On my mobile TwoHeads, you'll have to roll for me. The other goblin isn't dead, right?
The goblin down, Firete murmurs a few words of healing as he moves away. She then turns to face the other goblin and attempts to pull it towards her.

Standard: Cutting Words on Remaining goblin. Can't see the map but would like it pulled so Miranna can flank 1d20+9, 1d8+6

Yishim again tries an illusionary bolt on the beetle, but his nearly ballista-sized weapon misses the monster by a hair's breadth. Enough of this. If nothing else I can help my friends finish the task. He moves behind the remaining grunt to help draw the creature's attention.
