As mentioned in the Canadiana alternative thread (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=162833), the Canadiana Suite is unlikely to be open during more than one night of the con. While several of our potential attendees had mentioned the possibility of holding the LGX gathering in the Canadiana Suite, this appears increasingly unlikely to be a viable idea.
A late-night lasertag outing has been proposed; however, the location is out in the Indianapolis suburbs, which will make transportation a problem for many. For ease, I tend to think that our gathering should be somewhere in downtown Indy, probably near the Con site.
In short, I think we need to keep brainstorming until we can come up with an activity we all can love!
