Looking to his right, Tam notices that the half orc didn't move, so he stops and crouches, hoping that Alysina distracted Irontusk enough to escape his attention. Tam gets ready to intercept him, if he tries to flee.

[sblock=ooc]Actions depend on what Irontusk does. If he doesn't move and contines speaking with Alysina then lie down and hide, if not then move to intercept him. If he tries to attack, then jump to the pier (Jump +11 and Tumble +6 to avoid falling damage) and move down the pier in order to surround him[/sblock]

[sblock=To Tam]On the square barge directly south of you is what appears to be a sleeping sailor. From your vantage point, he sprawls drunkenly amidst some netting and several bottles lay around him. On the boat directly east of Irontusk, next to the fore crate, is a large mastiff.[/sblock]

If talk is still going on, she'll do her sidekickly duty and aid Alysina's diplomacy check, suggesting that we've got a proposition for him, if he'll just calm down and let us talk. 24 on the diplomacy check. If he's started taking hostile or running-away-related action, and is still in Close range, she will Command him to fall (Will DC 15 or spend his next turn prone.) If he's out of range and hostile, I guess it's time to see how this crossbow works; she draws and loads it.[/sblock]

Round 2 Results

Alysina smiles at Irontusk. Her hands contort as she utters a few arcane words and gestures towards the half-orc. "Irontusk, my friend! It has been so long! Come over here you old rascal--we simply have to catch up over a cup of tea!"

As her magics settle across Irontusk, he shakes his head and roars angrily, "Witch! I won't fall for your tricks!" With that, he turns and leaps across to the next barge. As he nimbly moves between crates, the sound of canine growls can be heard. The half-orc moves quickly and confidently, hopping to the thatched roof of the next boat's cabin.

This proves to be an unfortunate move, as the twang of a bowstring can be heard across the area, and an arrow sprouts in Irontusk's thigh. The half-orc howls in pain and hops down to the next barge - a simple raft - and then immediately onto the next barge. His momentum is too much for him, though, and he collapses in a mass of netting.

Krontigard rubs his hands nervously together and watches the scene unfold, making sure to be well out of everyone's way.

Weapon continues to trudge underwater, and is almost to the second pier. (Water costs double movement, so you aren't quite there yet.)

Tam takes note of Irontusk's path, and easily moves across the base of the tower and down to the third pier. Once there, he takes up position at the end of the pier, next to a boat filled with cages of chickens, and waits for the half-orc to get closer to him.

Rionus sees daylight, and heads towards it. As he comes out onto the pier, he realizes that he is at the entrance of the second pier. Irontusk is nowhere to be seen from his position, but he does see Alysina and Sirrel at the first pier.

Sirrel moves along the pier as she draws her crossbow and clumsily loads it. She looks for a shot, but the halfo-orc presents a difficult target.

Meanwhile, the drunken sailor stirs at the commotion around him...
