with the exception of the automatically increased sneak attack dice this looks ok. that is not to say that the improved rogue cant take inproved sneak attack at level 3 to raise dice to d8's when he meets the BAB requirement from traps and trechery and take it again to raise his dice to d10's when he meets the requirements set forth in the epic handbook,
only that he doesn't get said benifits for free.
