The Matrix: Only Human

Gotcha. I missed that in the Awakened Guardian and Hacker (mental note: always read twice!), although the only place it shows up in Hacker is inside the table. You might want to add the text under 'class features' like you did with the Guardian. So other than that, the only way to get Matrix pts is to spend XP's? I can handle that.

Once again, Talien comes through with another inspired piece of work. You definitely have a knack for visualizing things in game terms. What's next on the horizon?

Mostly, paying projects. I'm working on revamping Paradigm Concept's Combat Missions for Spycraft and doing a lot of work off and on for Privateer Press' Iron Kingdoms Campaign Guide.

I have a bunch of books pending. The industry's suffering a bit these days and it's gotten to the point that there is work finished over a year ago that hasn't seen the light of day yet. They include: Abyss, Frost and Fur, and Combat Missions.
Looking at my notes here, there's a few other setting I've toyed with converting:

I'd like to convert my Dark City information over to d20 and spruce it up with information about the 1920s. I don't know as much as I should about that era to do it justice at this time, but if I find the right books I may be able to change that.

I seriously want to publish a supplement based on the Faerie Queene. But I'd do that one for pay. :)

People keep asking me to do a Nightmare on Elm Street conversion since I already did a Friday the 13th conversion. My original goal was to do both, but Freddy's a lot more complicated than Jason. And I haven't seen all the movies yet.

I have some notes for a Tremors game.

And I had this weird scenario I was considering writing based on the plot of "The Wicker Man." My tastes in movies range all over the place, as you can see.

Oh yeah. Predator. Need to finish that up so that you can play Aliens vs. Predator vs. Terminator. :)

Ok while all of your d20 Modern supplements look good and all I have one question...

What's up with the boxes around all the hyperlinks in the documents?

Good question. It's the way my version of Adobe creates hyperlinks from MS Word. No more or less of an explanation than that, I'm afraid.

Ah ok. I was just curious is all.

I have Acrobat 6.0 here, but I haven't tried to do any hyperlinks within a document yet so I don't know how it'll react.

v 0.2

Updated to clean up some errors and imports from the Terminator document. Clarified the use of psionic powers vs. Matrix Powers. Some edits too.

Thanks to William Travis for pointing out the discrepancies and his feedback.

Thank you for making this!

I've read a lot of it, and like it so far.

I had a question, since I /do/ plan on running a Matrix campaign. The Agents have 5 levels in strong and fast hero classes. I noticed three Strong hero talents, but no fast hero talents. Is it meant to be that way?

Probably a mistake on my part, I'll take a look.

Finished reading the whole thing this morning, and I gotta say I love it. I hope to use it soon in a campaign of my own. Thank you for making this, I have desperately been searching for Matrix D20 rules.

Are you planning on updating and expanding it? If so, taking any requests? There's lots of things I'd like to see.

Does this game require the Anime SRD for playing? Some of the Matrix powers mention defensive maneuvers, but I wasn't sure if that was just left over terminology or not.

Since the number of XP required to obtain
the next Level is equal to your character?s
current character Level multiplied by 1,000 XP,
adding 1 Matrix Point to your character reduces
his or her XP total by 100 x current character
Level.

I can't help but wonder this ... why is it more costly to get points, later in your character development .. than earlier?

Also .. just an idea that might give you some ideas, you might just look at Blood and Fists, from RPGObjects, for some of the martial arts.
