Hmmm... even though it was done in the Ann Rice books, I'd think it'd be very hard to get a vampire to do that, unless the corpse had a spell on it to make it appear alive.
In that case, I'd treat the blood as virtually a poison, plus the vamp becomes automatically sickened. Drinking dead blood would require a Will save of 15 + (attempted CON drain x 2). Failure would do something like 1d6 Str damage, and a second save a minute later for 1d6 Str + 1d6 Dex.
