[The Mind's Eye] Psionic Rogue Core Class

Any opinions on the Psionic Rogue core class? Especially concerning balance compared to the core rogue class.

I was wondering if the improved sneak attack ability could be abusive when combined with psionic powers to ensure that the target always suffers from no dexterity bonus to armor class. On that note, how would the decoy special ability work when flanking?

It certainly looks better than the core Rogue, but the core Rogue isn't one of the most powerful classes, so it's probably still within limits.

Of course, with that class available, you'd see a lot less real Rogues, I suppose. ;)

Manifesting a power that takes away the Dex bonus to AC takes a standard action. You'd be better off with a wizard and a regular rogue.

As for decoy... if the opponent thinks they're flanked, they're flanked.

Its nice to have options.

Cloud Mind is great, giving rogues the ability to sneak up on monsters they formally couldn't dream of catching with their trousers down because of tremorsense, blindsense, blindsight, etc.

Greater Concealing Amorpha gives total concealment, which helps both for sneak attacking and surviving melee; which d6 hit point rogues aren't always very good at.

I missed that the decoy requires concentration. Does that keep one from fighting at the same time?
