The Most Under-Powered Race?

You're not being ambushed because someone clanks like a steam engine and you talk at full volume as you range about? :)

20 squares from a sunrod is enough to uncover ambushes, and if you're going into a drow home, they've got darkvision, every other race doesn't, so you'd have a light source whether you were an elf or a human.

In one of our games, we are up against an organization that is led by drow.

As a result, my vote for worst racial 'power' ever is normal vision.

Every damn fight is us getting ambushed because our humans can't see in low light conditions.

It is especially annoying if playing a Kobold (all PC kobolds have the "deformity" of normal vision. Which is why they were kicked out of regular kobold society- for being essentially blind. Kobolds... so intolerant).

Razorclaws and changelings stand out as being fairly limited.

Changelings do have a very interesting power, of course, but they have very little to offer mechanically. I'd say, as a whole, the Eberron races haven't been fully fleshed out yet. Feat support for longtooth shifters and kalashtar is also fairly boring (certainly compared to 3e, and you get more feats now...), even if the base race at least isn't mechanically sub-par. The warforged have that dragon article, at least.
