Can anyone point me in the direction of the latest and greatest version of The Mystic class. They are at least two versions and I'm not sure which is the latest.

Also thoughts and reviews? Have you used the class and psionics in your campaign?

Balanced?

It's a fun and versatile class that can be built a lot of different ways to cover a lot of different characters. Though that also means it can lack cohesion, since you can take powers that don't have anything to do with each other.

The balance is in the ballpark of other classes, but not refined as again, there are a lot of combinations to police. Good enough for most players, but I would keep it away from any power gamer unless you have an understanding that things can be nerfed later.

The next update to the playtest material is supposed to be posted in Dec or Jan, and that version of the Mystic and Artificer are also supposed to be AL-legal, if that part does not get changed. So if you get the current version and start learning and using it, expect changes sooner than later.

How do you know this? Is there a quote?
