How sharp is the turn down the corridor? Will the cart make it?

Its about 90° the cart will make but it'll take some gental shoving

I would say vit heals first otherwise its a real dick move.

I would say the HP goes up with the Vitality, since the Vitality is a "new" Con score. Like with the Aid spell. You get the hp AND the new max.
