The Pit Fighter

For a non-laser cleric, IS there really another paragon path? Sure, you need to burn a feat to get it, but its a feat that anyone who wields a weapon should consider picking up anyway, so that's really a moot point. A battle cleric should be boosting his Wis anyway to boost his healing power, and adding it to weapon damage rolls just seems like a perfect fit. I'm not sure if that makes it overpowered per se, but every time I see a strength-based cleric taking any other paragon path I shake my head and say to myself, "That build could have been better as a Pit Fighter".

I say it depends on what you want to do with your cleric. If all you want to do is hit hard with your weapon powers Pit Fighter furthers that goal but if you want to be more like a leader then you better look out for another PP.
