Barbarian changes are sick. Like that they are taking inspiration from the Rogue for this. Kind of weird though that the Fighter doesn't have anything like this. I guess they have Weapon Masteries, but so do Barbarians. It'd make more sense if Fighters could just flatout use all Weapon Masteries from the get go instead of getting them piecemeal over however many levels.
 

This is all sounding very good!

(I don't know why they didn't just call it 9, though. The difference between a "bonus" Bastions UA and these is, IMO, minimal. Pointless to make "official").

They can use them all, not on the same day.

Same way a cleric can't use all their spell list on the same day.
