OOC: Sorry for the inactivity during teh week-end, I had a wedding outside town.

"Seems we will have a good fight here, I just hope no kobold will come from outside, or we will have no escape route" he tells, drawing his weapon and waiting for an opportunity to go in melee.

Okay, I'm gonna keep this short, sorry for the terseness.

This is Up to the End of Mira's Turn.

Angel, you act as expected.

mira, you move up, finish off the Kobold.

You spot the Kobold in the dark corner, and see how the room opens up. From the light sources held by the others, you spot flickering eyes of another Kobold in the hallway to the north.

Initiative:
Angel 20
Mira 19
Arden 16
Aelek 15
Mal 10
Kobold Skirmishers 8
Kobold Slingers 5
Telsayn 4

Arden, Aelek and Mal, please clarify your actions.

Next battle will be a lot clearer.

OOC : All right then, we can scratch the axe throw then, never hapened. Mal drops the handaxe to the floor, Draws the bastard sword (minor action), moves up to the Kobold in the corner (I count that I can get there in 5 square or less) and whack him a good one.

He uses Tide of Iron to cut at him with his word and then slam him against the wall with his shield (AFAIK, this doesn't do anything mechanically, just like the image)

Mal attacks the Kobold (1d20+8=25)

Oops, didn't roll damage in the same entry :

Mal's sword cut at the kobold. (1d10+4=11)

The Kobold dodges your attack with the sword but yelps in pain as you catch him on your shield and squish him against the wall. He's still go a lot of fight in him.

As you move into the room, you glimpse the dark corners of more kobolds. The North exit is covered by a portcullis with fairly large gaps.

OOC:well scratch the action before...this time I think it's simpler if I act as if I had delayed my action and act after Mal (there would be aelek inbetween but ehh...)

Arden hastily lights his sunrod (minor) while moving in the middle of the chamber (move; 4 squares in front of him). He concentrates his arcane energies around the orb in his hand in a globe of extreme cold and hurles past Mira, to the Kobold on his right. (standard; chillstrike 14 vs fortitude, dmg 20 cold + daze till end of next Arden's turn )

OOC: note: dazed creatures grant combat advantage and get only one action per turn; just in case I hit and the kobold doesn't die :P.

A chill wafts through the room and some frost forms on the Portcullis as the orb travels past it. You stirke the koblod and judging by the way he is shuffling about you've hurt him pretty badly. [Bloodied]

OOC: AC 15; Fortitude 11, Reflex 14, Will 13;

Wolfheart moves next to Mira and take a looks at the northen corridor. He takes a step back. "Two coming, one with a sling."

OOC: Aelek move one square under Mira and wait here for this turn. Considering our number, better to not get stuck in one square large corridor.

Yes. Mira should be able to finish the lurker in the corridor (he got 20 damage already and grants combat advantage) then Arden and Angel could take care of the slinger, so the meleers don't have to be stuck in a narrow space and can position for the remaining two kobolds to come... no? In alternative I can try to slow the skirmisher on the left if he tries to close so he should skip an attack.[/sblock]
