To stay legal you can read enworld and post here. :) It is as interesting as playing GTA :)
I NEVER download illegal files! True!! I spend too much time on Enworld and other rpg forums to have time for such activities (plus I don't play computer games). (Plus I am too stupid to know how to download movies on this old macintosh... :heh: )

Morally, I'd say if you've paid for the product, you're well and clear to enjoy the product. OTOH, I've heard tell that some of the warez sites/P2P programs that operate off of advertising revenue help support terrorism - much like buying knock-offs of licensed products at flea markets and such. Not sure how true that is, but you might want to try to find a source that doesn't advertise at you. (They DO exist.)

After some thought, I've decided to wait. It's not worth the hassle. Thanks for the feedback. :)

Nah, that was just clumsy journalism. RIAA/MPAA spends lots of money to make the general public belive filesharing (filesharing doesnt have to mean piracy) is evil, so they can outlaw the technology itself. What happened was some guy named John Stedman at the LA County Sheriff department testifed that a specific group, "Hezbollah", "depends on a wide variety of criminal enterprises, ranging from smuggling to fraud", including bootlegged DVD's and cigarettes. There's a whole lot of difference between bootlegged copies (physical discs you buy) and files. Anyhow, I just wanted to clear this up. "Warez" is wrong on many levels, but it has nothing to do with "terrorism", and very little to do with monetary gain.

1) Wrong forum. Moved. Which was a redundant action on my part, though, ;) 'cause...

2) Problematic topic (and in the process of getting even more so). I'll better close this. Sorry.
