If the opponent fails a DC 15 Fortitude save, he suffers 1d6 Con damage (a successful save still deals half Con damage, although it negates the need for a second save.) If the first save failed, the poisoned individual must make another Fort save 2d4 +2 rounds later with a DC 18. Failure on this save means another 2d6 Con damage, success means half damage.

who ever designed Valara was a tad loopy, shes the only iconic with the standard score package, and her strengths at least from her history are her weakness, 8 strength, 10 dex. Shouldn't her weak points be charisma?

Shouldn't she be a bit more physically inclined, as she has lived her entire life in a jungle?

All of the WotC-statted Star Wars iconics have varying degrees of strangeness. Feats and skills tend to be off, and there seems to be no pattern at all to ability scores - Arani's got that inexplicable 18 dex (which is the Star Wars uber-score) and a mere 14 charisma, while Valara and Kelko got the shaft.

Here's what will change for Arani when the Revised book comes out:

Defense drops to 17 (+3 Class, +4 Dex), Reputation drops to +1, and special qualities change slightly; Call in a Favor becomes Call in a Favor +1, and Inspire Confidence +1 becomes Inspire Confidence.
