The Terrible Trio

A Competition of Schools

I wish to propose a competition of schools, using the feats and PrCs from 3.0, 3.5, d20, and all the errata (you get to pick and choose.)

For example, let's say I have the School of Arcane Might, loyal to Greater Ahlissa, and this school is supported by the Clergy of Hextor.
All wizards in this school start as clerics of Hextor, and then level as wizards. So, they end up as clerics 1 / wizards 6.
The school requires they be human (an extra feat), most students have two drawbacks (2 extra feats), and all students must take the following feats, through 7th level:

Divine Metamagic (3.0 version)
Irresistible Spell (3.0 version)
Spell Penetration (3.0 version)
Greater Spell Penetration (3.0 version)
Quicken than the Eye (3.0 version)
Quicken Spell (3.5 version, not errated, not a Swift Action)
Reach Spell (oldest version)
Chain Spell (oldest version)

With this combination, the School of Arcane Might in Greater Ahlissa is certain their wizards will stomp all opposition in those *other* countries in the Flanaess.

Those *other* countries say: think again.

So these other countries (like Nyrond, Furyondy, Veluna, the Empire of Iuz, North Province, the Uleks, the Scarlet Brotherhood) have all founded competing schools.
Each of these schools can access all the feats from 3.0, 3.5, d20, and errated feats.
Each can allow 2 extra feats for drawbacks, but do not necessarily demand their students be human.
Each tries to produce the strongest wizard or wizard combination by 7th level.

What feats would you take for these schools?

There is ONE restriction on what feats these other schools can take: they cannot take more than THREE feats from the feat list of the School of Arcane Might above.
They MAY take different versions of the same feat (such as the 3.5 version of Divine Metamagic, or even the errated 3.5 version of Divine Metamagic)

What feats and classes would you put together to produce a competing school? Any race, class, PrC, feat, skill, racial, and other rules are allowed, from any 3.0, 3.5, d20, or errated source.

Can your school crush the wizard/clerics of the School of Arcane Might in Greater Ahlissa?

Hey there, my old friend. Nice to hear from you again.

I'm doing ok. Doing as well as I might.
How are YOU doing?

It's really good to hear from you again!
And remember, always: Live for the Swarm! :)
Cheers!

I'm not familar with enough of these feats and rules to understand what you've done, but it sounds ghastly good. :)
What is Arcane Fusion? What is Celerity? What is a Silverbrow Human? And what are some of these other terms? I mean, this sounds NASTY: it sounds like this guy/girl could take my autokill wizards and eat them for breakfast!

Arcane Fusion is a 5th level Sorcerer-only spell from Complete Mage that allows you to pick (1) 1st level spell, and (1) other 4th level (or lower) spell to cast all in one action (a Standard Action). Greater Arcane Fusion is an 8th level Sorcerer-only spell except it lets you cast (1) 4th level or lower spell and (1) 7th level or lower spell.

Celerity (Greater) is an 8th level Sorc/Wiz spell from PHB II. It takes an immediate action to cast, and grants you an immediate full round action (so you can use this out of turn and gain a full round action in the middle of someone else's turn). The downside is that you are dazed until the end of your next turn. The way to get around this is Favor of the Martyr (Spell compendium) which, among other things, makes you immune to being dazed.

Arcane Spellsurge is a spell from Dragon Magic. It is a Standard Action to cast, has a duration of 1 round/level, and allows you to change the casting time of spells. Any spell that takes 1 standard action to cast now takes 1 swift action to cast. Any spell that takes 1 full round to cast now takes 1 standard action to cast. Any spell that takes 2-10 rounds to cast, reduces that by 1 round. The downside to this is that most spells are standard actions to cast, but you are always limited to 1 swift action per round.

Silverbrow Human? I have no idea...

Essentially the combo allows you to cast a bunch of spells and rack up a bunch of standard actions all in one round. You of course need all the spell slots to take advantage of this. Not very useful if you are low on spells to begin with.

Yes, I know of Pun-Pun.
But he was constructed using an Infinity Engine.

I am proposing a competition of schools, but am staying away from Infinity Engines.
For example, the School of Arcane Might does not use an Infinity Engine.
