I think Isida is talking about another PbP game we are both in.

As for this particular game, yes, I have something very specific in mind to get the game started, and your characters do not yet know each other. In fact, it may be a week or two IRL before the characters are together. This is why I need to know where the characters are when it all starts.

Now that Ferrix has posted his character, I'll work on the finishing touches tonight. Hopefully, I can get the initial emails out tonight and we can start the IC action. I'll lay out some additional guidelines for the starting period soon.

Everyone, make sure the Crit ranges on your characters are updated for the new system we are using. All multipliers are removed. For every step above x2 in the standard rules, add one to the threat range. So for example, a x3 crit in the standard rules becomes a 19-20 weapon, a x4 crit in the standard rules becomes an 18-20 weapon, etc. Weapons without multipliers do not change, nor do any threat ranges if the weapon is already a x2 multiplier.

Ambrus,

Your character is using a 2 handed weapon (wielding a med sized Longsword as a Greatsword) and yet you have his AC listed with a Shield bonus. Obviously, you can't do both at the same time. Since the 'greatsword' is going to be your main weapon, should I assume that the shield is not in use unless otherwise indicated?

Actually, I consider the greatsword Jacoby's secondary weapon, that's why the lance is listed first. I intend to fight mounted with my shield and lance most of the time. If for some reason the lance becomes impractical, I'll drop the shield and lance and wield the sword two-handed. I'm also considering taking the Monkey Grip feat to allow Jacoby to wield the sword in one hand, but I figured I should probably wait to increase my BAB before I start inflicting myself with penalties. ;)

Honestly, I don't know whether this fighting style will prove effective or not. Jacoby is new to this hero business. :D

Wow... Looking over the characters, it's becomes clear that Jacoby is the dumbest, ugliest and most foolish member of our future party. I guess that's why they call farmers "commoners". :o

I'll just call you guys "the pretty people".

Don't despair, Misha isn't that bright either.
