4) No need to do detailed 1-20 builds, all options are viable

Well--for some values of "viable". They haven't been immune to some missteps here (chirgeon alchemist, at least until the latest errata I was looking at you), but its absolutely true that the godawful swings you see in other D&D-adjacents (and D&D itself) are just not present.
