Thieves World!

Hi-

I buy so few d20/ D&D products and I do have the old Thieves World Boxed set. So Yes, I do look forward to this supplement but if its not like the old boxed set, I might not buy it. This is what I'm hoping is included in the new version: Will it be like the old version IE you can take the setting and plant it in any meliu? Also, we know it will be for D&D, but like its older version, will it have stats covering different meliu's like Traveller d20, Modern d20 and so on? Will it be a boxed set or in one bound book?

Well, I'm urging publishers to take advantage of Steve Jackson Games' services regarding playtesting, so you may find yourself with a Pyramid subscription so you can help playtest Green Ronin's Thieves World.

On the other hand, considering your work converting TW to d20, it wouldn't surprise me if Chris sent you a copy of the files for your feedback.

(Yo, Pramas! That was a hint! :] )

thats an easy one... My own personal campaing setting, which is 1000% better then any other setting out there

Truthfully though Conan d20 all the way; its started replacing my PHB as the resource I reach for when setting up for a game.

Hmm...

I'd have said the Scarred Lands, but the current absence of information about what the heck is happening with the setting followed by some of its later books...

Other then that, Iron Kingdoms is looking interesting, though I'm not quite sure it's what would win me over fully...I really enjoy Midnight as well, but it's a tad limited in its focus for me to say it's my favorite.

Is there a tremendous need for more SL books? There are already quite a few out there. I certainly think the setting is playable as is.
