They also used this puzzle on an episode of "Doctor Who" -- it was in "The Pyramids of Mars," I believe.

Even more recently (sort of) was an episode of Samurai Jack (episode XV), part of a trilogy of shorts instead of a full episode. Jack encountered a 2 headed dragon that will grant a wish if the riddle was solved.

Does the answer to the puzzle of the 3 gods require asking questions that refer one god to another? In other words, do some of the questions end up being of this sort: "Would you, if you were True, say of the god whose name is False, that he'd say 'da' to the question 'Are you someone other than Random'?"

Or are the questions less complicated?
