Looks like the bankability of Julie Roberts as a lead is no longer a sure thing.


I still get a chuckle when I see these summaries and note the Slumdog budget.

There is always a movie that comes out of left field and does well, last year it was Juno. Fox Searchlight does real well with these, small budget with big returns, they may have the market for them!

Paul Blart also quintupled its budget I believe.

Watchman's overall take seems to be tanking relative to its budget.
