D&D 5E (2024) Thoughts on The Lost Library Of Lethchauntos?

So we completed this adventure in around 5 hours. Group really enjoyed it lvl 1 and 2.

Nice amount of skill checks and interesting interactions with regret and the summoning.

Ran it mostly as is. Made Myrna a harper and Powel a Zhent. Awarded 2 reknown for the harpers after completing the adventure. Powell survived after surrendering. They told her to scoot.

Seems like a solid starter adventure with a good map, sort of like Cragmaw Hideout from Lost Mine of Phandelver.

I was looking at it myself, but wondered if anyone changed the monsters like the options for it suggested. I would likely place it near Phandalin and like the selection of having bulywugs instead of goblins, if I am remembering the options right.
