Thoughts on watching X-Files Season One in three nights

I recall the first ever photoshopped image I saw was back in '95. I didn't have a computer then, but one of my friends did, and he had internet. He was also a 13-year old boy, so guess what that photoshopped image was.

It had Gillian Anderson's head, at least.

A thing I found very interesting in re-watching the original X-Files episodes after not seeing them for years: In the pilot, Mulder and Scully are very different in personality than they are in later episodes. And their relationship is a little different, too. They are much more frisky and chipper, and less serious in the pilot than later.

I think the change was for the best.

And yes, Gillian Anderson rocks.

I usually watch a season in 3 or 4 days. I have Seasons 1 through 8. I really enjoy The X-Files, probably my favorite, hmmm...Scifi/Supernatural/Drama/Suspense?...show of all time. Great show. I watch it about once every 6 months.

Now I am waiting for Millennium to come out on DVD and the rest of Cheers.

Gillian Andersen is good, but she was best playing off of Mulder. Those two had some serious chemistry. That is why the first six seasons will always be the best.
