I concur Wedgeski. Let's face it, no one stops you at your gaming table if you copy a few bits of material for your players from a book that they would never buy anyway. Password protecting does the same thing on the net, especially if you're putting up a few bits of something with both Product Identity and OGC and you don't want to figure out which is which. However going around and blatantly copying someone's work verbatim, representing it as your own, and then posting links on message boards is not the right approach, and probably means you deserve a cease and desist letter.
