I have never ignored anyone, but many folk have ignored me I think. I do wish two-way ignore wasn't the default option though.
Same. My philosophy is if someone's passionate about gaming enough to take the time to post about it then they'll always have my attention. Heck, I could disagree with everything a poster is saying and how they're saying it, but their thoughts are still important to me and I still enjoy reading them. No judgement on those that do use it though; I've come to understand that there are those that absolutely need it.

As far as two-way, I think I actually prefer it? I take a lot of time with my posts, especially the ones that I'm looking up something for someone, and kind of a bummer realizing that the 30 minutes to an an hour I spent answering their question won't be seen. Oh wells... at least someone else might stumble upon it and get some value, haha.

I ignored someone for some sort of reason, which I quickly forgot. A month or two later I noticed I couldn't see their posts, and I got all heated up "why did that person block me? I'm a good person!"

Then after a week or two of that nonsense, I checked my settings and guess who had blocked who

So maybe you blocked them! Might as well double check
;)

Thanks for starting this thread because I was going insane with messages about threads being updated and not being able to see the threads. As someone who is a reformed internet warrior, I do find it strange, but to each their own. I don't suppose anyone wants to create new [+] posts for Draw Steel and Fabula Ultima. If not, I will do it myself.

Go for it! I'll post there. So far I'm really liking what I'm reading. Also, the art is soooo good. Some of it gives me old Kevin Long (Palladium) vibes.

@Umbran What do you think about certain types threads, like [+] threads for a game, being opened by a mod account. Assuming that the mod account used to create the thread never blocks anyone, it seems like it will prevent people from getting locked out of certain types of threads. Of course, there would need to be a process in which folks request for mod created threads.

This sound like an onerous workload for the mods. We have no interest in micromanaging new threads to that degree.

Just create a new thread and hope the mods merge it with one you can read. :P
