Thread Logos? How do we get one?

How does one get a new thread logo on enworld? I've seen many for companies and game lines. I would like one for Darwin's World and RPGObjets.

Where do I send them?

However, this answer stands for anyone else interested. Note that setting logos are only for published settings, not home brew (Dusk being the sole exception).
