Thri-kreen racial power attack bonus

The thri-kreen racial power is +3(+6P)(+9E) to attack.

Does this mean that Dragonborn and any other racial attack powers will get errata to change them from +2/4/6 to +3/6/9?

Thri-kreen attack is vs. AC. Which probably accounts for the bigger/scaling bonus as compared to the Dragonborn.

This is to account for the fact that AC is generally the hardest defense to hit.

This is similar to the way weapon attacks already get to add a proficiency bonus and is the reason why attacks that combine a proficiency bonus with a NAD, or as I prefer a secondary defense, are awesome.
