Cheers, I'd missed that.
Still seems like a really odd choice to make after filming the movie.
I mean, that's one of the best times to be honest. You see the final product laid out before you, and you can assess what is working and what is not. Everything before that is theory, possibilty, but once you have the movie all laid out can you assess if the work is working or not.

I would much rather a crew be willing to look critically at their work and decide to make changes because its not there, than simply throw up their hands and go "well nothing we can do, it just sucks, I guess we just have to show it as is"

Just saw it today, enjoyed it a lot. Thought the set up of them trying to kill each other was a bit contrieved or at least cliche.

I understand why they killed Taskmaster but think she should have got one more scene before she got killed off (maybe after the escape)
I agree exploration of mental health was well done as was Yelena and Alexis relationship.

Voids voiding NYC seemed too much like the blip - how do the citizens cope?

I liked the end credits questioning who the real avengerz are

If it was anything like what we saw for Yelena, et al, it was much worse than the blip. With the blip, it was literally that- they were gone then they were back. They showed that several times. With this, they were in their worst nightmares. I'd think it would be much much worse and keep therapists in work for decades.

Although, with the blip, if you disappeared, you have to deal with everyone you know, and the world you knew being five years old. If you didn't disappear, half the people you knew were gone from your life, and there was no hope for return.

Basically, therapy in the MCU is a growth industry. There should be a plotline about how all therapists in the US have been taken over by RoxxonCare and now nobody is getting any treatment for their Blip and Void related trauma. It’s all a plot by Nightmare (and also Roxxon, since presumably Nightmare doesn’t care about stock prices).

I still say it's worse, though that's only measuring the difference between nightmares.

Cloak and Dagger anyone? And they had the show right there!
