Weapon Finesse -- it's a good feat to have, but it's a shame it has to be taken in the first place!
Plus, it's too powerful if you have low Str and high Dex (e.g., for a halfling with Str 8 and Dex 20, Weapon Finesse is a feat that gives a +6 bonus to attacks with a lot of weapons! Compare with Weapon Focus that gives a +1 with just one weapon...), and at the same time, too weak. I'd rather have it give a flat +2 bonus on attacks, but you still use your Strength score... Or have Finesse be a full-fledged part of combat.
In fact, I think it would be better to have it the other way around. By default, you use Dex to roll attacks and Str to deal damage, and for the cost of a feat, you get to use your Str to roll attacks, getting that way only one ability to optimize.
