Time stop + haste/Quicken Spell

Is there any rule that prohibits the use of haste and/or Quickened spells while using time stop?

I'm asking 'cause, assuming this is legal, you could potentially do (read: 'cast') a lot in the 1d4+1 rounds that time stop grants you...

No rule that prohibits the use of haste or quickened spells while time stopped. Doesn't do much good to caste haste while time stopped since it won't "activate" till time stop ends. But if you are hasted before you cast time stop then hey, unload with your 3 spells a round for those 1d4+1 rounds if you have enough spells slots to do that with.

I don't believe there's been any errta on it, but I've read many different places (Sean & Monte boards) that Time Stop grants a bonus similar to Haste so the two shouldn't stack.

Quicken is allowable though.

Not quite.
Time Stop from SRD
This spell seems to make time cease to flow for everyone but the character. In fact, the character speeds up so greatly that all other creatures seem frozen, though they are actually still moving at their normal speeds. The character is free to act for 1d4+1 rounds of apparent time. Normal and magical fire, cold, gas, and the like can still harm the character. While the time stop is in effect, other creatures are invulnerable to the character's attacks and spells; however, the character can create spell effects and leave them to take effect when the time stop spell ends. (The spells’ durations do not begin until the time stop is over.)

You could argue that spells that affect the caster may be activated (that is, cast on and the durations may expire) while in a time stop.

Quickened should work as normal.

Some time ago Cliban presented a very detailed, coherent and persuasive argument as to why Haste does not work in conjunction with Time Stop.

Thanks for the replies, all; much appreciated! :)

So... I guess that haste shouldn't grant extra actions during time stop, then. Very well; I'll do it this way.

Thanks for the info; searched for it. :) Is it this one?
Here's the way I think Time Stop interacts with Haste:

Hast grants an extra partial action either before or after your normal action.

Time Stop grants 1d4+1 "apparent" rounds of action during your normal action.

Therefore Haste doesn't grant any extra partial actions during the Time Stop, it just grants one extra partial action before or after the action you used to cast the Time Stop.
